Following our recent publication, the Helmholtz Munich and Technical University of Munich Newsroom has highlighted our team’s latest breakthrough in genomic engineering. The article breaks down our development of the "Exo-PE" machinery, demonstrating how our team is successfully overcoming the size limitations of traditional prime editing to safely insert long DNA sequences into non-dividing cells.
