A recent report published in EyeFox Ophthalmology News highlights our team's development of advanced delivery vehicles (ENVLPE), enabling the precise correction of defective genes. Initial in vivo trials in mouse models of specific retinal dystrophies have shown remarkable success: following subretinal injection, treated animals regained the ability to respond to light stimuli.
